» Police Report: If none was taken, a witness statement or proof that
the defendant’s
carrier paid for property damage may suffice.

including surgical reports that detail your injuries/treatment. We don’t
need your entire medical file and 10-12 pages or less should suffice.

Medical Malpractice/ Product Liability
» Expert Report
» Medical Records relevant to the case.

Slip/Trip and Fall, Premises Liability or Workers Compensation Third Party
» Police/Incident/Accident Report. If no report was taken an internal
